Ski season is fast approaching and we're getting our bodies (and spirits) ready for ski season.
Join Halfdays and MAMEI at Sugarhouse Park for some mountain views and moves in preparation for ski season. We'll be doing a 1 hour mat pilates class. Please bring your own yoga mat. Also, be sure to bring a sweatshirt and wear layers in case it's a little chilly!
After our workout, we'll mix and mingle with NA Italiano Spritzes from De Soi!
Meeting Location & Parking Info: 5:45pm at Sugar House Park in SLC! Coordinates for exact location within the park will be shared closer to the event date. We'll start the workout at 6PM.
